On Sunday, 13 October, the Weinviertel Museum Village Niedersulz will be all about the autumn working world. Annual activities that had to be carried out on the Weinviertel farms in the past will be presented.

Typical autumn tasks included unhooking the kukuruz and threshing the threshing floor: While the men used flails to beat the grain out of the ears of corn, the women were responsible for removing the corn kernels from the cobs by hand. Both activities are brought back to life in the museum village and can be marvelled at in demonstrations from 13:00-17:00.
